We have our registered office in Gujrat and have 220 branches all over India. Please tell me where I have to pay company professional tax. There is any written evidance. Please advice.
To pay the Profession tax to need to register with the profession tax register first.

For this you need to submit some documents which is attached with this mai.

For this company has to pay Rs. 2500 per year.

Each director of the company has to pay 2500 per year . ( From company incorporation )

For employees you need to deduct the salary according to the slab below .

Rs.20,000 above Rs.200-/-

If need any clarification please ask me.
