I am writing from UAE.We are manufacturing comapny.We do not have any problem paying high salaries to the employees in UAE.However recenty we have recruited 2 higher official for India.And the salary permonth will be 1,30,000/- INR.(company will be incorporated in India and they will be the employee of that company)
And i do not have any problem in framing the salary stucture for those will be paid up to 40 K INR.
Can some one give me the break up these salary in such a way that the CTC shall be 1.30 lakhs...which means it should be inclusive of PF paid by the company also.At the same time it should be TAX saving too for the candidates.
For this candidate i have given the fraction as follows...is it ok .....or any hanges required:
Basic :50000/-
HRA :20000/-(1250limit for metro)
conv :10000/-
Medical All : 15000 (1500 Limit per month)
SPL all :5000
Other All : 10000
And PF will also be added to this
So please since it is very urgent help me to frame the salary structure of these senior people for our Indian company.
