Dear All Seniors,
I had applied for the position of HR technical recruiter in one of IT company. Interviewer asked me few questions that i did not show my best.
1) How you remember the candidate’s details, when submitted for a requirement?
2) How you will brand our company?
3) How can you conveyance a candidates for 3 month contracts? If the candidates is a permanent employee.
4) How can we make sure that the candidate joins the given date? How do we build the rapport with the candidates?
5) What is a first step you do after a sourcing a resumes?
Kindly do let me know which kind of answer should i display.
