Dear Senior members ,
I'm working in real estate company and just joined. After joining I realised that sitting late here( till 9 PM) is a trend since our boss thinks its productive . We also do not have any transportation facility
Just wanted your help to know if there is any laws or rules that disallows women to work after 8 PM .
We are in Mumbai , however the safety issue while travelling alone is same . And few Women employee travel form really far .
I request your help , so that i Can prove to management that making women work after 8 PM is lawfully wrong .
Kindly revert with anything you can help .
Looking to stop this trend
