Folks
Please support. Am into recruitment and recently we in coordination with a HR consultant ,conducted a recruitment campaign and this was a new experience to me. Infact we finished the campaign and managed to acquire pool of candidates. But my concern here is what are the datas and information to be collected from the consultant. Somebody can share a tracking sheet exclusively Consultant based so i will be able to tailor a detailed report on the subject matter.
I hope somebody will help me in this regard. Appreciate any suggestions

Dear Reshidma,

Firstly, different organisations track different aspects of recruiting, in my experience it is essential to track some basic data points from which you can draw a lot of inferences and conduct further analysis.

Some key criteria could be as follows, please note this list is in no way exhaustive nor final; you may choose to edit / eliminate / add as you deem fit:

01. Full Name of Candidate

02. Contacts (phones and emails)

03. Gender

04. Academic Qualifications

05. Experience, employers, designation, current tenure

06. Compensation Date (current salary, fixed/variable components, incentives / reimbursements / allowances / others)

07. Skills break-up: Technical / Functional / Others

08. Resumes received, screened, shortlisted, interviewed, selected / rejected, hold, offered, accepts / declines / no-shows, compensation offered, designation offered, percentage increase / decrease on last compensation

09. If selected then notice period in current employment, tentative date of joining, actual date of joining (if possible), relocation status

10. Constraints if any to take up job / assignment

I am sure there are many more aspects that can be tracked and my colleagues in the HR fraternity would definitely add their mite.

I do hope this was was useful and gives you an idea of how to head out...but firstly, decide what you want to track and why?

Thank very much your query and extending to support
Well this is exclusively for Campaign but i need to tailor report based on the acquired pool of candidates. So it is both acquisition and campaign report. I would like to share the tracking sheet and the report sheet i tailored for this purpose based on the input i received from Mr.Shashidhar of Eira Knowledge Matters (thanks to him) and the research i did. So you may be able to undestand well about my current requirement. I wish you will be able to advice me what are the contents to be in the report, the method to apply during report making in word
Hoping to receive your productive feedback
Regards
