Dear Madam

Thanks for sending the confirmation letter format to me.

Actually as on date our company has not issued confirmation letter to any employees.

Most of the employees joining date is September so in this month their services are confirmed. Now we have decided to issue the confirmation letter .

In this regards I have an query regarding date.

The date which is mentioned in first row that will be current date.

We are now pleased to confirm your services with effect from -------------------.(This date is to be mentioned when the confirmation date is due)

If there is any correction please let me know.

Yes, you are absolutely correct! The date on which the employees service has been confirmed post probation is said to be the due date on confirmation letter in confirming his services and the day you issue this is on current date.

Ms. Sharmila Das

I quote an extract from your posting: With reference to the appointment letter and consequetive assessments during your probation has been satisfactory.

Sentence is not complete first, having started with "With reference......". Secondly, What is consequetive ? Spelling wrong and meaning is also not proper for the situation.

Youngsters seek guidance from us and let us not make serious mistakes. The girl has sought guidance from us. She may simply copy & paste your letter and consequently, may get firing from her Management.

Let our postings be proper, meaningful and devoid of mistakes. Am sorry to say this here and in this forum. Typographical error in our writing is ok but not in the formats which we are sharing here.

Hope you would not mind my correcting you here.

Best wishes
