I guess you can follow the below guidelines and try to get something in place, which will be very apt for your org:

1. Why Grooming?
2. What is Grooming?
3. How to Groom (Male and Female)?
4. Dos & Don't
5. What are the challenges?
6. Summary

The above will come as structure. Ensure that all your information is relevant to your organization, language is specific and the presentation is crisp. You may wish to show some clips from movies about good and bad grooming to bring in some humour.

All the best...

Shankar

Hi,
I can just give a brief idea

A )Importance of grooming -:

First impression is very important as it can create or have a negative impact on the bottom line

B) Integral factors in grooming-:

1. Smile -Always smile & let your smile be genuine as a smile that reaches one's eyes can really break barriers

2. Dress sense-:

Males-:

a) A Dark colour shirt should be teamed with a light colour trouser & vice versa.

b) Tie should be coordinated on the colour that is maximum in the shirt.

c) Usage of gel in the hair should be to limited

d) Shave regularly, as the stubble look is suitable only for our bollywood heroes

d) Avoid strong perfume

Females-:

a) Wear proper formals

Western formals- Avoid floral prit, polka dots, short skirts

Indian formals-: Cotton churidars are best.

b) Use light makeup

c) Avoid leaving your hair if they are frizzy or are loosing the straightned look.

d) Do not carry a very bulky bag

3. Etiquette

Male-:

Be a gentleman
Avoid staring if you are visiting a female client
Keep yourself cool
Do not crack cheap jokes

Females-:

Do not giggle or laugh too much

4.Attitude

Do not take an irate customer personally
Check your emotions.
Think before you speak
Maintain a professional demeanour
Be confident

I hope this is helpul

Sheetal
