I am taking about the fact that when an employee leaves his/her organization before months of working, have no right to claim his pf amount.
This is the basic practice follows in most of organizations.
(if you are not aware about the compliances and norms then dont reply........but if you reply then your reply must be as per compliances....coz alot of reader's read your post.)

For this also, i would suggest u to improve ur way of talking & manner as here everybody is professional.

I was aware of the question folk as i was sharing my thoughts. I don't think so u r aware of the meaning of enters into picture or on - air.
And, here only u got confused, no other member raised the same concern thus here u need to use ur brain instead of creating shet.
Any Ways, no hard feelings from my side. God Bless
Try to Be Professional, not Politician as many of them are wasting their precious time just to make shet.

I agreed with Mr. Amit, You should not reply if you are nt aware with complainces.
And if no one rasied question on you then dont understand that u r right.
Mr. Amit is professionaly talk you are out of the way as you dont have knowledge of compliances, If you have then you should not give wrong answer of very basic question.
Dont take it otherwise....

Hello All,
if an employee leave the organisation before completing 6 months, will it be eligible for claiming the contribution of Employer as well?
Or have to stay back with his own contribution?
Regards
