free resume search sites

Hi,

Can anyone please help me know about free sites where i can search resumes, do job postings , in order to cut down on the recruitment costs of my organization. I am trying to do this since mine is a start up company and v r really not looking forward to buying portals login , since its too expensive at thsi stage for us..

Hi Namrata,

So many Job portals provide the same service..
But if you want to go for low cost then better you search for a local portal of a particular area, they provide space for such ads also..
Actually its basically a city portal or a state portal..

You can use free portals like www.joso.com, for free postings and www.jobtocareers.com

Well, Amit, could not understand ur point of local portals....since i have never ever heard abt the same....Can u explain it in a better way, stating any local portal's name so that i can look in for more....?

Welcome.. Namrata..
See there are so many local sites.. of city.. which contains all the informations related with that city.. Including Movie, Restaurant, places to enjoy.. n even Job openings with different companies..
Because i have seen one of that site of Ahmedabad.. while doing search..
So if you will go for search of such sites, will definitely get one..
