Hi Sheetal,

Would you be interested in automating the payslips distribution. You can reduce work and that too for a very cost effective investment. Please let me know your nature of business, manpower, whether using automated HR systems etc..so that I can propose some useful solutions.

Hi Shreekumar,

i would like to got for automating payslips. But we are only few months old company. Our company is basically 'investment advisory' one. Its a portfolio management company giving all types of financial services to the investors.

To start with we have nom 8 employess on the rolls. Even I wanted to prepare HR manual for this company. Can you help me out?

It varies from company to company..

Generally minimum starts from 30% and it goes upto 50 or even 60%..

The best would be between 30 - 40%..
