Hi All,

I have been asked by the management to prepare Performace linked incentive(PLI) for senior employees.Can you please suggest as how to desing the same.So far only fixed coponent is there for all the high salary(10lacs>) employee salary component.But managemet wants PLI has to be thre in all the emp having more than 6 lac salary pa

please suggest that what all to be taken in to account before introducing the PLI in CTC.

It would be really be helpful if you can suggest the CTC break up of 12 lacs including PLI.Currently we have enlclosed CTC structure for reference.

I could not open the attachment. However, I would like share that corporate cos generally declare PLI percentage as 15, 10, 5 and zero over CTC for excellent, VG, good and Avg, respectively. Based on the company policies it may be of inclusive or over and above the committed CTC. Accordingly you cat suggest.
if i work in PLP salary basis and each and every financial year appraisal done. my question is if i am received incentive. shall i eligible for financial bonus?
