Dear all,

Can any one help me to know the color code of Medical Oxygen Cylinder.
The IS code for the same is IS 3933.
If any one have this code kindly mail it to me.

Dear Hansa,

Please Find the attached documents for "NEW COLOUR CODING" for gas
cylinders. I don't have any document for IS3933 but I have a suggestion that you may purchase the same for only Rs. 120 from the official site of BIS, if it is very necessary. Also you may wait for some time, if any other team member may provide the same.

I would like to tell you one important thing about medical oxygen i.e. Medical Oxygen is not pure oxygen as pure oxygen is poisonous. And colour for medical oxygen cylinder is "Black" at body & "White" at shoulder. Please see the attachment for more clarification.
