Hi, am working for IT company as front desk and admin,we are having different department and each department is having there own team manager,,,as admin we have warn the team many times for the behavior, dress code and for clean sour rending, but problem is that now we cant speak the to team directly, we have to speak to the team manger & they will convey the message,,and the big problem is that the team manager list border about it,,, so please help me send a mail to the team manager and that will be cc to my boss and other management

i do not have that experience to give advise to you. please intimate to concern departments or HR Department (Employee relations). please keep a mail a General Manager "Those are not coming properly ask him to cut the salary of one working day"

Hi Cynthia,
Regarding the behavior, dress code etc if you have a HR dept. you can inform them, they will take the necessary steps or It will be more effective if your manager sends the mail to other Team manager's and CC your boss, and your efforts to regulate these issues also will be appreciated by your superiors.

Thank you, Rekha, the problem is that we don't have an HR Department our GM is taking care of all these matter, i had send a mail to him,,but there was no action taken as he sit's in other office so he asked our other senior person to speak to the team manager but he did not speak,,,,,, & the big problem is that the team manager and our GM cant tolerate each other,,but am suffering for the same as something goes wrong i have to answer for the same,,,,,,am really looking for the change,,,,,,

Dear Sir,
Usually HR having the power to control over every dept regarding disciplinary practice codes. If there is a manager/head in every department, HR have to handover these codes to them for implementing these codes and the Managers/heads are liable for implementing and follow ups. Is there any deviations they should liable to control over it.
