Dear All,
We have certain staff in our office who have got extension and are working beyond 60years of age.
These are contractual staff who's contract are renewed every 6 months.
How do we allocate leave to these staff. Would their leave be treated as any regular staff's leave.????

Does the labour law or any government ruling say anything about such leave.? If yes , please mention the site if any.

In our org, they are given flat leave of 21 days p.a. (this covers all types of leaves like SL, CL & PL). pon
