Second elaborates on the quality of trainer for methods, content & delivery.
However, conducting an Objective examination is important as well (by the trainer).
This is not necessarily for evaluating candidates intelligence or understanding nor the trainer per se.
Where the candidates answer correctly, the topic obviously was understood well. When it is not, we see candidates failing to answer on those question clusters.
This helps better analysis for feedback to trainer whether he/she needs to change method or go slow on that topic or add examples.
A trainer analysis should not be used to fire candidates or trainer. Education is to bring best out of the learner.
Training objective is for benefit to the company and if candidates fail, it is a loss to the company.
When majority pass the test, the results for marketing/quality assurance or what ever the department, would show.
