I m a lecturer for HR in Pune., I m a Registered PhD students with HR audit....
I m not finding the companies who would help me to share their data of HR for my study purpose.....
my study is basically a comparative of service Industries...

Dear Ma'm,
I too had faced resistance when I wanted to collect data on employee satisfaction. We understand the target sector is service industry. Do you have any particular size of the firm, in mind ? Or would you consider a stretch of many companies within your sample size? Lets see how far we can resolve this.

actually i haven't kept the barrier of turnover or other criteria...
only the research is related to comparative study of HR audit in selected service industries....so may b criteria can kept of ,
1) full time HR dept in working since not less than 3-4 years.
2) full time HR manager/professional being hired.
or any other general criteria, which would ease me in shortlisting the company...
please help me for the same,
