Statutory Compliance for a Pvt. Ltd. Company.

Dear all,

please let me know what are the statutory requirements, a private limited company should maintained or apply for??? The company is registered under Shops and Establishments Act.


i know some of them are: ESI, EPF, Gratuity... want to know more, if any....

Please reply asap.

Dear All, I want to know that number of mandays worked during the year in reference to Form -III(Minimum Wage) & Form-IV(Payment of Wage) is applicable only to labour class workers or engineers also?
