With reference to your Application dated...............and by the subsequent Interview which you had with us on.................., we are glad to inform you that you have been selected for the post of ..............................for which we are enclosing the Appointment Letter for the same.

Please sign the duplicate copy of this Appointment Letter (copy enclosed) and send back a copy of it as a token of your acceptance.

Dear Kanchan,

As you want to send a letter alongwith an attachment of your CV means, that you want to make an application for a job. Right?

Then apply with your own language, but before applying just post it here, so that I will correct it in a professional manner.

Thank you,

T.PRABHAKAR.
