In the state of Haryana we do not find any wage ceiling for deducting Labour Welfare Fund Contribution from the employees. Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 as applicable to the state of Haryana does not require any registration. We are required to deposit Labour Welfare Fund Contribution both of employee & employer for the period from December to November by 31st December but the grace period of one month is there. Thus we can deposit this amount by 31st January without any penalty.
