Salary without PF deduction

Hi,

I am employed as lecturer in Dental college and appointment letter issued by society registered under societies registration act 21 of 1860. My appointment letter says consolidated salary. At time of my salary payment, PF is not deducted.

Can I be given salary without PF deduction?

There are organizations which are not registered with the PF trust. But I think the moment there is more than a stipulated number of employees in the organization they ought to enrol in PF.

in your basic + d.a is more than 6500 then you crossed the pf slab then need not to deduct pf
