Job description

HR Related:- Attending to all HR related activities i.e Handling recruitment process, arranging for interviews,Salary and leave maintain of staff members, attending to statutory requirements like PF/TDS etc. Labor Department related activities Booking of Air/Train/Bus tickets etc.
ADMINISTRATION:- Looking out general administration jobs i.e Maintenance of office premises, House keeping,Purchase and maintenance of office stationeries, Petty cash Etc.

Hi ,
HR usually comprises of certain subdepartments which may vary from organisation to organisation. They are Training & Development, Employee Relations (Disputes, disciplinary actions, grievances etc), HRD (Prmomotions, transfers, appraisals etc), Personnel (including settlements), Admin and MIS. These subs could be rearranged or combimed depending on the orgn strength.
