The Idea: As per the updated UGC rules, the minimum eligibility criteria for Appointment as Assistant Professor in Colleges/institutes/university is the clearing of NET. You can become a member of this study group by paying minimum fees. There would be complete coverage of the topics and detailed discussions on the syllabus of NET structured by our academy. Active participation of candidates in study group will make the preparation faster and interesting. Topics covered under this are as per subject code 55. Some contents are as follows: 1. Schools of management thought 2. Functions of management 3. Personnel Management 4. Wage & salary administration 5. Grievance handling and disciplinary action 6.
