I hope i m not too lat to put up my suggestion but before that can u pl elaborate a bit on the audiences i mean trainees,without keeping these in mind no trng prog can be successful. also while designing trng prog u must use "critical incidents" or short stories from ur or from similar organizations. u must practice games,ic breakers and how to deal with non sense qustionings etc. shd u need further help lt me know at
