Once you have shortlisted at least 400 suitable CVs, carry out 30 minute telephone interviews with all 400 candidates and reduce to 200 people to bring to interview. If you have done your ground work well then you should be able to make 120 offers - not all will accept. Rough timeline
dbase mining - 40 hours
telephone interview - (400*30 mins) 200 hours
face to face interviews - (200*45mins) 150 hours
sending offer letters - (100*30mins) 50 hours
Total for recruitmet drive = 440 hours = 11 weeks (assuming 40 hour week) so you are already behind!
Unfortunately you have only shared with us the number of people you require and the date you need them by. Not much of a scope to work from. Please attach the job descriptions of the vacancies - are we talking about 100 identical positions or 100 different roles? Which location? What skills and experience are you seeking - graduate, non-graduate, someone with specific industry knowledge etc.
Come back with more details and lets see how we can help you. |
