I want to know about one situation:-

' A court directs an employer to absorb the contract labour concerned in regular workmen after the abolition of the contract.'

What is the validity of this order in the light of the legal aspects and cases/decisions of Senior ( H.C./ S.C.) Courts.

Seniors, please guide me.

Dear Mr. P. Tripathi,
I don't want to go against the judgement of court & i respect it but as far as i know the abolition of contract labour in a premises doesn't give itself a chance to regularise them in permanent workmen.
