Hi All,

Once again I am back!

Friends, please tell me what are the KRA's (Key Responsibility Areas) of a Team Lead in a particular process irrespective of the functionality of the process. Also, if you provide me any basic (or easy) tips to meet it.

Hi,

In general, KRAs of Team Lead are-
1. Increasing Productivity (=Output/Input) of team
2. Improving Quality of team output
3. Talent management (Retaining Talent)
4. Conflict management
5. Improving accuracy of review mechanism
6. Knowledge sharing (Training & Development of team members)

All the best.
