Real KRA's of TEAM Leader in a process??

Hi All,

Once again I am back!

Friends, please tell me what are the KRA's (Key Responsibility Areas) of a Team Lead in a particular process irrespective of the functionality of the process. Also, if you provide me any basic (or easy) tips to meet it. :confused:

i may be quite late but kra is key result area or u may also say kpa key performance area. team leader must be having his job descriptions , on the basis of taht u can list his KPA and kpi’s

According to me KRA is Key Responsibility ARea’s and KPA is key performance Area’s.

Here is my two cents: - Productivity & Quality output - Attritions - Team motivation, attitude, general discipline

Hi,

In general, KRAs of Team Lead are-
1. Increasing Productivity (=Output/Input) of team
2. Improving Quality of team output
3. Talent management (Retaining Talent)
4. Conflict management
5. Improving accuracy of review mechanism
6. Knowledge sharing (Training & Development of team members)

Hi All,

Thanks to all who have responded. Well currently in my process I have the following KRA's:

1. Process Productivity Mgmt
2. Process Quality Mgmt
3. People Mgmt
4. Client Mgmt
5. Feedback & Reporting
6. Value Addition

So, I just want to confirm that are these standard KRA's of TL in a company / process??

Can u please provide me the KPI’s for TL voice process in terms of numbers for example Attrition = ? % Monthly and yearly Absenteeism = ? % C SAT = ?% As i got promoted as a TL handling 15 CSE
