Once again I am back!
Friends, please tell me what are the KRA's (Key Responsibility Areas) of a Team Lead in a particular process irrespective of the functionality of the process. Also, if you provide me any basic (or easy) tips to meet it. :confused:
In general, KRAs of Team Lead are-
1. Increasing Productivity (=Output/Input) of team
2. Improving Quality of team output
3. Talent management (Retaining Talent)
4. Conflict management
5. Improving accuracy of review mechanism
6. Knowledge sharing (Training & Development of team members)

1. Process Productivity Mgmt
2. Process Quality Mgmt
3. People Mgmt
4. Client Mgmt
5. Feedback & Reporting
6. Value Addition
So, I just want to confirm that are these standard KRA's of TL in a company / process??
