Dear Ram, If you can provide me your basic salary for those 11 months, I will give you approx amount of your PF. Also, you can withdraw your PF without the signature of your employer if you have the copies of Form 3A, Form 5 and Form 10A from your employer. You need to attached the above mentioned forms to your PF withdrawal from (Form 10C & 19), and same will be submitted to the RPFC. For any clarification / assistant, please feel free to contact. No PF can't be witdrawn without attesting the form from employer if company is in existing condition. Bank Manager, Gazetted officer, Councillors, MLA/MP member of epf board can only autorized to sign the withdrawl form if only the company is locked. If the form signed by above mentioned officials and company is existing after submission the form must be sended to the company for verification. thanks & regards from, sumit kumar saxena

yes Mr. sumit you are right. the best option is to transfer the PF amount to new PF account. use Form 13 and get the new employer authorised signature and submit in the RPF office. Regards, Sai

Dear Ram, I am agreed with Sumit, but if you have form 3A, form 5, and form 10A signed by the employer. Then in that case you can get your PF claimed by the signature of any Gazetted officer, else it is better to get transfered. Thanks & Regards Kumar Gourav
