My name is Joao and I’m Universum’s APAC Marketing Manager. Currently, I am conducting a research on “Employer Branding Insight”, an annual study that serves as a benchmarking tool, allowing HR Managers to measure their activities against others in the industry. It also provides country specific findings. Employer Branding Insight identifies the trends and hot topics as experienced by HR professionals and organizations who actually work with employer branding on a day-to-day basis.

If you are working in the HR field, this would be a perfect self-assessment tool for you. well i am doing a project on employer branding and it would be a great help to me if you could help me understand how i could go about designing a questionaire to study the employer branding in the company i am training at I somehow need to link employer branding with employee morale . It would be great to hear your input.
