Default Sub-contractor - how to get a labour licence

Dear Seniors,

We have been subcontracted a work at a site. We deploy more than 20 employees thereby requiring a labour licence.

But the principal employer has given Form V only to the contractor (main). The principal employer has also submitted Form II mentioning the Contractors name alone.

What will be the procedure for us to get the labour licence.

Please give your valued suggestions on how to go about.

Regards,

J. Subramanian

Dear seniors,

17 views and no reply. Does the issue on which clarification has been sought, sound silly.

I really have a doubt on this professional issue and that was why the question was posted. Hope somebody answers.

Regards,

J. Subramanian
