Default service matter -Govt employees

hi friends

I started this blog to share information on latest judgements of Central Administrative tribunal, high courts and the apex court on service and disciplinary matters pertaining to government /public sector employees.I would love my friends to share their views/information on the topic of 'sexual harassment'. The specific point is what kind of procedure that the complaint mechanism committee would be required to follow. proviso below Rule 14(1) of the CCS(CCA) Rules requires that the procedure for inquiry as laid down down under therules should as far as practicable be followed. I have come across a judgement of Delhi high court of 18th nov 2006 sudeep khurana Vs delhi transco where the court has directed to follow the procedures as prescribed under Rule 14. Any views and information on any other judgement after Visaka's case. Apparel Export promotion case ?
