No there is no such amendment till date in the Provident Fund with regard to coverage on 10 employee, if you wish to cover your establishment you can opt for voluntarily coverage.
Further there is a new amendment/notification in P.F. that No pf will be deducted on leave encashment. I am enclosing the letter from P.F. deptt.
