Hello to all, I am a new joiner to this site. I am an MBA student and nowadays going through my summer project. The title of my project is "Organizational Climate and Attrition Rate of a Hospital." So, in my research, two variables are organizational climate and attrition rate. I have to show that a good organizational climate decreases the attrition rate in the organization. I just want to know that while preparing the questionnaire, what aspects I should keep in mind. Should my questionnaire only consist of the topics related to organizational climate, or should there be some questions on attrition as well? Can I have some samples on this? Waiting for your replies.
