Hi all,
I am a fresher with 9 months of IT recruitment experience. I wanted to know whether taking up a SAP HR course at this point in time would be helpful to me. As a general view, people in the industry say that SAP HR can be pursued with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Is it necessary for individuals with only 2 years of generalized HR experience to pursue it? If I were to pursue a certification now with this level of experience, what would be the scope of the certification? HR professionals, please help me out.
