Dear Friends,

Please let me know the retirement age of employees/workers as per the Factory Act. After reaching the retirement age, if the management is willing to continue their service, can we process their salary/wages or find another way to pay them their remuneration? What does the law say about this?

Please help in the above matter urgently.

Somebody, please reply to the above question. Can an employee continue to work past his retirement age if it is his wish and even if the company is okay with it? If yes, then what are the formal procedures to be carried out?
