Hello,
I have a query, Mr. Nair. There are many times when employees use the whiteboard, AC, and other office equipment. How do I send a message to all, mentioning these without hurting their egos and sentiments? These are also referred to as etiquettes.
Your presentation on business etiquettes is nice; it's useful for people at higher levels. But what about the employees who don't know how to behave with their managers and supervisors? Do you think it would be correct if I mention asking permission before taking a pen or other items? Should I also advise not to disturb during a training or meeting?
I'm facing a lot of problems. Your help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Geeta
