Dear CiteHR Members,
This is a tool that I created some time back after I realized the immediate positive impact it had on underperforming trainees/freshers. This is a 30-minute to 1-hour exercise without any breaks. In some cases, to provide a level of comfort, I even declined to review/analyze their self-ratings, insisting they do it themselves. These instances were also successful. The results have been satisfactory so far. However, I would like to know your views too if you try this out with anyone.
