Success vs. Creativity: Impact on Training and Participant Engagement - CiteHR

A great PPT where all trainers can handle the so-called Mr. Know-All and highly successful participants. It makes them look like Mickey Mouse after you conduct a session on the topic - "Success Kills Creativity."

Why would you want to make any of your participants look like Mickey Mouse?

As a trainer, it is your moral responsibility to gauge each participant's calibre and attitude and break barriers. You cannot use arrogance to break arrogance. This is my view, and I don't think a presentation will help bring maturity to a trainer.

Thanks and regards,
