The leave policy is much more generous than the statutory leave provisions under the Factories Act or S & E Act. I have never come across such a leave policy in any liberal organizations, whether MNCs or large Indian companies.

There is no harm in providing a better leave rule than the statute. However, how will the organization manage manpower planning considering the leave cover and off cover?
