Hi, what criteria do you want to consider for the issuance of an ID card?
Issuance of ID Cards
All employees of the organization should be issued an ID card, along with a biometric access card if a biometric reader is available. ID cards can be used to access office premises, ensuring that only employees or visitors have access to the premises. Additionally, ID cards act as proof in case of any verification by police officials at night.

Yes, it is necessary. It should contain a photo, name, designation, employee ID number, department/place of posting, blood group, and contact number, along with the logo of the employer company. Many establishments incorporate these details in their magnetic access cards themselves. This practice ensures that only bona fide employees and other authorized persons will have access to the premises/workplaces. If the establishment is very small and employs only a handful of persons, there won't be such a need. It shall be the policy of the employer firm.
