Hi, PF Authorities are asking for clarification huge difference between past and current contribution. So you need to substantiate valid reason for the same whether many employees left at a time or any loss of pay was effected or otherwise. You should be knowing the reason for difference in contribution amount which you need to explain in writing to PF Authorities.

If there has been no much fall in contributions, then you can just ignore the message because similar messages are being auto generated from the technical team as part of their system upgradation. Therefore, if you are almost equal to what you have been paying in the past, just ignore it or take advice from the EPFO persons by sending your HR person there.
