Hi, My last day in the company was 6th November 2023, and I have received the "Acceptance of Resignation" as well as the "To Whomsoever it may concern" letter from the organization. These documents clearly state my first and last day, mention that I have been relieved, and confirm that my character was good.

However, even after 35 days, my full and final settlement has not been cleared. This includes 2 months and 6 days of salary, gratuity, and PL leave encashment. The company claims that they are not in a good financial condition and need more time to process these payments. Instead of settling the full amount, they have promised to provide a payment plan showing the amount due to me along with payment dates. Unfortunately, I have not received this payment plan yet.

I am unsure about what steps to take next. I am based in Pune, while the company is located in Bangalore. Despite sending emails, I receive minimal responses. Even though the company CEO and other senior management are aware of the situation, no resolution has been offered.
