Compliance Under the Contract Labour Act

Under the Contract Labour Act and other labor laws, there is a set of compliance documents that need to be adhered to. This includes EPF, ESIC, professional tax, and labor contract licenses if applicable as per contract strength. Proof of compliance in the form of appropriate challans, ECRs, and licenses is required. The Labour Welfare Fund is also a statutory requirement.
