2) Include a slide with the board of directors and key positions along with their photos.
3) Breakdown of the organizational structure and departmental overviews will undoubtedly provide newcomers with a solid understanding of how different teams collaborate to achieve common goals.
4) Emphasis on company values and culture.
5) Incorporating real-life success stories and anecdotes is a fantastic touch.
6) Include images of employees as well as social activities from last year.
7) A specific slide with employee policies - attendance, leave, disciplinary, rewards, etc.
