Hi,
No need to consider monthly bonus for PF contribution. However ESI will be applicable for monthly bonus and payment mode is on monthly basis.
However if the bonus is paid on quarterly basis ESI will not be applicable.

As per Apex court verdict any payment which are made on regular basis other than HRA (as per definition of Basic ) and production/productivity related payment (bonus/incentive ) all other items will be under purview of PF & ESIC.
