What are the statutory policies about PF or ESI that needs to be available for an ID firm of 15 employees? What are the employer’s obligations?

ESI is mandatory as you have 10 & above employees. EPF is mandatory only if you have 20 & above. Even now you can enroll for voluntary registration.

ESI is mandatory as you have 10 or more employees.

PF Registration

PF registration is mandatory if the organization has 20 or more employees. However, you can also enroll for voluntary registration at this time.

Please proceed with the Common Registration under EPFO & ESIC. This is advisable because once your organization has more than 20 employees, you will be required to contribute. It is crucial to avoid non-compliance during that period.
