The Nominee has to apply for PF, Pension & EDLI benefits by submitting Composite Claim Form in Death Cases ([Form-20 (PF Payment)/Form-10-D (Pension)/ Form - 5 IF (EDLI)] through the Employer along with other required documents like Legal Heir certificate, Bank Accounts, death certificate of deceased etc.
