I have recently joined a broking company. My earlier experience was in manufacturing firm which was completely different. I would like to know which training programmed can be conducted for staff.

You may plan for soft skills training in general which would be beneficial.
Primarily the first step is to identify the need for training. Manager / immediate supervisor of your employees need to assess the skills, knowledge, and experience of employees and they should find out where training is required.
You need to consult with your Technical Team members for designing training program like how to predict stock prices based on demand and supply, trading strategies and risk management techniques etc.
