Please provide the following facilities in case of any transfer from one location to another within India.
1. Reimburse the actual cost of transferring personal belongings from one location to another on the basis of prior approval against at least 3 quotations.
2. AC 3-tier/2nd AC/Flight as the case may be for employees and their family - reimbursement of fare.
3. Relocation allowance may be provided amounting to 15k to 50k depending on the employee's level.
4. One week special holidays for relocation.

Some more suggestions in addition to the above:
1. You could limit the maximum to maybe one truckload. If interstate transfers are a regular feature, to have better control over costs, the company could have a tie-up with a transporter.
2. Some other financial reliefs in the form of brokerage for housing and admission fees for children, which are additional expenses for the employee, could be reimbursed.
3. Hotel stay as per entitlement could also be provided for seven days during which the employee and his/her family can settle into the new house.
