Dear All, Kindly help me out to find the Factory Inspector visit report for my factory. The report comes in the mail with a link every time, but my Director has not received any mail from DISH. We will require this report for the Safety Audit as well as for the next time the factory inspectors visit, also for documenting in the inspection book.
