We wish to share the Business Reforms Action Plan, promulgated by Puducherry, Chief Inspector of Factories & Boilers, the services under the Contract Labour ( Regulation & Abolition ) Act, 1970 shall be availed through online mode only to eliminate the need to submit the applications physically, payment of fees for the services and track their status in each stage. On approval, the final certificate can be downloaded from the online portal anytime.
This will come into force with immediate effect and present practice of issuing signed copy of such Certificate(s) is dispensed with immediate effect, except those already applied and under issue with the respective office.
